We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided (invoice or order number).
Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected, and the return will be approved or rejected within 2 business days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved:
- A refund will be initiated automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
